My Journey
How I became a backend engineer specializing in Meta API integrations
I'm Md Mahiuddin, a backend engineer with over 4 years of experience in building robust, scalable systems. My journey in software development began with a deep curiosity about how digital systems work behind the scenes.
After completing my degree, I joined a fast-growing startup where I was thrown into the deep end of backend development. This experience allowed me to quickly build expertise in Python, Django, and database design. I discovered my passion for creating efficient, maintainable code that powers complex applications.
My specialization in Meta API integrations (WhatsApp, Messenger) began when I led a project to build an automated customer communication system for a major retail client. The success of this project opened doors to more opportunities in this space, and I've since become deeply familiar with the intricacies of these platforms.

I began my academic journey in Civil Engineering in 2018, which laid the foundation for my professional career. During these early years, I also explored programming and development, driven by a curiosity to dive into new fields and learn new technologies.
In December 2022, I made a pivotal shift towards Software Engineering by joining Kernel Coders Lab as a Junior Software Engineer intern in Rajshahi, Bangladesh. During my internship, I worked extensively with ASP.NET, React, and JavaScript, gaining hands-on experience in full-stack development.
